Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data: your login identifier (email, social account id, or wallet address) provided through our authentication provider (Privy), plus the profile you choose to fill in — handle, age, gender, city, bio, mood, interests, and the photos/videos you upload.

On-chain data: your wallet address and its public transactions (share trades, subscriptions) are recorded on the Avalanche blockchain, which is public by nature, and mirrored into our database to power leaderboards, portfolios, and notifications.

Usage data: standard server logs (IP, user agent) for security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention.

2. What we do NOT collect

No government ID or KYC for browsing, subscribing, or trading during the pilot. No private keys — your wallet is self-custodial. No selling of your personal data to third parties, ever.

3. How your data is used

To operate the product: showing your profile to other members, delivering messages, gating premium content to subscribers, computing leaderboards and earnings.

To keep the platform safe: enforcing the 18+ gate, blocking, rate limiting, and investigating reports.

4. Where it lives

Profiles and messages: encrypted-in-transit to our database hosted in the EU (Frankfurt). Media: stored on Cloudflare R2. Authentication: handled by Privy. Blockchain data: public on Avalanche.

5. Your controls

Edit or remove profile data anytime (Settings → Edit profile). Go incognito to hide from discovery. Close your DMs. Block users. Export your wallet key — it's yours.

To delete your account and off-chain data, contact help@karamel4e.net. On-chain transactions cannot be deleted by anyone — that's how blockchains work.

6. Cookies & tracking

We use only functional storage (session tokens, preferences). No third-party advertising trackers.
